Second time I've used PhoneFix4U, this time to replace a faulty LCD screen for my iPad 12.9. As ever, Sam was great and did his best to keep costs low by phoning around his suppliers for the best priced replacement parts. He even fixed the faulty volume rocker switch whilst doing the screen repair for me. Brilliant service and honest pricing, wish I'd known about his store before, I might not have had to bin previous electronic devices that could have been repaired!

Came in with what I thought was a faulty USBC charging port on my iPad Pro but unfortunately it was much more difficult than that. Diagnosis took several days and should have probably handed it me back and told me it was uneconomical to repair. However it was seen as a challenge and managed to identify the issue and confirm it was all working again before handing back. Exemplary effort, persistance and good value for money in terms of time spent on the issue. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. My phone had a non-functional charging port and on-arrival they were able to test (and showed be how the test worked in terms of the required amperage the port should have been able to receive) and offer me a replacement for a really good price! The best experience I've ever had with a phone repair shop, friendly (thank you Sam) and the turn-around was very quick within the realm of 2 hours. Would highly recommend if anyone is having issues with their phones, especially students as they have (at the time of writing) a student discount.
